Show Schedule and Directions

The show is held in the spring (usually in April) and the fall (usually in September). The actual dates are not always the same because of scheduling complications with the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

The next show is scheduled for the spring April 18, 19th, 2020
and the fall show will be held on October 4, 5th, 2020

DEALERS CHECK IN AND UNLOADING

The doors open for dealer set-up between 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. on the Friday before the weekend of the Show. The loading dock /check-in door is at the rear of the building (north side) and each dealer will have a packet that includes an application form (for the next show) rules and regulations of the show and Minnesota State Fairgrounds, a Minnesota Department of Revenue Operator Certificate of Compliance which is required by the State, and name badges. We will advise you in advance if you already have a Certificate of Compliance on file, or need to fill out the form. As part of the check-in procedure, you will need to pay all table and space rents, sign the contract, and provide us with an executed Minnesota Department of Revenue Operator Certificate of Compliance if you do not already have one on file.
